Service terms overview

Submitting an enquiry, using the calculator or opening the interactive demo does not place an order and does not require payment.

Before setup, we confirm the modules, users, integrations, hardware, one-off work and recurring charges included. Bespoke integrations, paid third-party services, mobile data and non-standard development are quoted separately.

Customers must use ProofRoute lawfully, keep administrator access secure and make sure their staff are authorised to use the operational and location features provided. The separate acceptable-use policy applies to the website and demo.

Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful supply of their business data. How Olilau Ltd handles customer operational data is set out in the final customer agreement and, where required, a data-processing agreement.

Compatibility is assessed before an integration is promised. External accounting systems, email providers, mapping, mobile networks and device services can affect availability and may have their own terms or charges.

Support arrangements and any response targets are confirmed with the customer. ProofRoute does not currently publish a general uptime SLA or fixed recovery guarantee. Standard product improvements may change the interface while preserving the agreed core service.

Notice periods, final charges, available data export, retention and deletion arrangements are confirmed in the signed customer terms before live processing begins.

No limitation of liability, governing-law term or other negotiated provision is created by this summary. Those matters must appear in the signed customer agreement. Please ask for the current documents before proceeding.
