Acceptable use

Use ProofRoute only for legitimate business evaluation or for the purposes authorised by your organisation and customer agreement. Do not attempt to access another business’s workspace, records or files.

Keep credentials and PINs secure, use the correct individual identity where required and report suspected compromise promptly. Do not share administrator access with unauthorised people.

Do not probe or bypass security controls, introduce malware, overwhelm the service, scrape it at disruptive volume, reverse engineer protected parts, upload unlawful material, or use ProofRoute to infringe privacy or other rights.

The demo is for reasonable product evaluation. Use the prepared demonstration data; do not enter real customer, employee, financial, location or confidential business information.

Do not use driver location, notifications or staff records unlawfully or without the appropriate organisational authority and notices.

We may restrict access needed to protect the service, other users or data while suspected misuse is investigated. Material concerns can be reported to support@proofroute.co.uk.
