Public website privacy notice
This notice explains how ProofRoute handles personal information supplied through the public website or by email. It does not replace the separate contractual information provided to ProofRoute customers.
Information we receive
When you make an enquiry we may receive your name, business name, work contact details, fleet size, current software and the information you choose to provide about your operation.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, arrange demonstrations, understand your requirements and discuss ProofRoute services. We do not use an enquiry as consent for unrelated marketing.
Email enquiries
The website enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. Your information is not sent until you choose to send that email. Email is then handled by the relevant email providers.
Retention and sharing
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage a potential or active business relationship. We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers used to operate our email and software services.
Your choices
You can ask about the information we hold, request a correction or raise a privacy question by emailing support@proofroute.co.uk.
