ProofRoute is designed for UK SMEs running their own local delivery vehicles, including motor factors, merchants, manufacturers, wholesalers and trade suppliers.
Can we use our existing phones or tablets?
Yes. Compatible modern phones and tablets can be used. Optional configured hardware is available from £149 per device.
Do we need to change our invoicing software?
Not necessarily. Deliveries can be entered manually or imported by CSV, and email intake can be configured. Connections to Sage 50, Xero or another system need a compatibility assessment and may require separately quoted work.
Can ProofRoute be adapted to our delivery process?
We discuss how your operation works during onboarding and configure the available options around it. Substantial bespoke development or paid third-party services are scoped and agreed separately.
What do founding partners receive?
Founding partners receive personalised onboarding, focused attention to feedback and a closer working relationship with the team developing ProofRoute. Feedback helps guide priorities, but no individual feature request is guaranteed.
Are future software upgrades included?
Standard ProofRoute product improvements are included without a separate upgrade charge. Bespoke projects, hardware and services with direct third-party costs may be quoted separately.
How does onboarding work?
We review your delivery process, confirm the setup and any integration work, agree the final quotation and arrange a suitable setup date.
How much does ProofRoute cost?

What happens if we decide to leave?
Cancellation, available data export, retention and offboarding arrangements are agreed in the customer terms before service begins. ProofRoute does not currently promise an automated full-account export unless it is confirmed in writing.
